A Unique Experience At Unique Photography

Yesterday, I had a free portrait done at Unique Photography in Tucson. The owner Jesse had offered 15 individual free professional portraits as a generous marketing promotion for members of the TNA. Since I am an active member that was using a logo but wanted a picture I jumped at the opportunity.
I have known Jesse for about a year. We have met casually at several business mixers, but I would not say that I knew him well. That changed when I went for the portrait. We quickly discovered that we have had similar yet rare experiences in our lives. This made for an unusual and unique bonding experience. We had both experienced events that could only be appreciated if you had gone through a similar experience. This definitely had a wow factor to this meeting.
Before he began the photo shoot he took a lot of time explaining things in detail. We assisted me in adjusting my garments so that they presented well in the picture. We was careful in explaining what he was doing and asked permission before assisting me to remove folds in the shirt that I was wearing. He didn’t just say do this or that. We very carefully explained what he was doing and why. He also explained the effect that he say seeking.
Now, I have had some experience in photography working in a large chain store in a mall. However, I was never trained to provide the service that I experienced at Unique Photography. So if you are located in Tucson and want a quality portrait I would definitely recommend Jesse.

The 109 Day Link Building Program On Hold

I thought that I would update our regular readers. The computer that has all of my files and logins for the are on a computer that has crashed. I have not been able to rescue those files as of yet. So it basically makes doing the project an extremely time consuming if not nearly impossible task. We hope to be up and running again soon!

Do Follow Websites Has Arrived

Update 01/25/2010 This website is currently undergoing updating and maintenance. I will be deleting some old sites and adding new ones ASAP.
We are progressing with the implementation of our Do Follow Website the site is available for new members. We are building this site for the small business owner who wants to learn how to ethically market their website. Many of these businesses could take over the search results for their markets if they applied the principals in this program.
The Do Follow Website is based on our Scratch My Back Marketing program. This program requires you to add quality content or comments in exchange for useful Do Follow links. It also presents link building as part of a larger marketing effort that includes branding and networking.
If you have ever owned a blog or commented on a blog you have likely seen a lot of what we call “Drive By Comments.” They often read “thanks for the info” or “thanks for the link.” Blogger’s hate these because they are being used so that someone can gain higher search rankings for the sites they represent. These comments are usually rejected. This rejection process wastes the time of everyone involved. It also creates a lot of ill will and drive many blogger’s to go back to No Follow with the blogs links.
We learned this lesson the hard way with our Do Follow Lists. Visitors would use our resources to spam other blogs and would rarely bother to thank us for our work. Still others would include our lists in their marketing programs that they sold. Finally, these lists were removed. I thought there had to be a better way. That’s when I came up with the idea of Scratch My Back Marketing.
The big problem with any program is to get those using it to behave well and to add to the discussions on blogs and other social sites. I believe we have come up with a workable solution with our Do Follow Website. Our members will be assigned to groups of 20 that include a moderator. The moderators will be allowed to use the service for free. Their job is to make sure everyone in the group is playing by the rules and leaving great content and comments.
Those who break the rules will be given the boot very quickly. I have learned by experience that you can’t just ask for good behavior. No, unfortunately, for a program like this to work it must be monitored. I will not hesitate to remove any member who can not provide useful content and comments.
The Do Follow Websites is a membership site. The site provides directions and screen shots of social media sites. If you follow directions you will obtain 66 Do Follow backlinks from high PR sites all for .15 per link. That’s comes to a total of $9.90.
The cornerstones of this network are quality content, quality comments, Do Follow links and anchor text links. The idea here is to give the small business owner the marketing tools to increase their search engine results and to ultimately grow their business ay a very affordable price.
There will be very strict requirements for entry into the network.
The site must be English language.
The site may not include any of the following:
Drugs
Porno
Dating
Politics
Religion
Sex related
Hate speech
Illegal activities
Affiliate Marketing
Business Opportunity
The site must be worth linking too!
We are also attempting to start a movement of sorts. We want to encourage link builders that they will have a higher Return On Investment if they provide quality content and comments.

The Do Follow Social Bookmarking List Has Arrived

As many of you know by now Social Bookmarking website are a great source for backlinks. The problem has been how do you locate these sites. You would think that a Google search “Do Follow Social Bookmarking Lists” that produces almost 36 Million results would make the search easy. The fact is that most of the lists that are available are obsolete and full of inaccurate information. Most of these sites are out of business, have gone No Follow, are no longer a social bookmarking site, or have gone porno.
I should know, I have been scouring these list for over five months. I have visited just about ever Bookmarking site and yet I found that there were only around 200 of these sites available that had a Page Rank of 3 or higher and that use the English language. This project has been an almost overwhelming experience. This project covered hundreds of hours and this is what I discovered:
A total of 28 sites with a PR of 7, 8. or 9.
A total of 12 sites with a PR of 6.
A total of 42 sites with a PR of 5.
A total of 55 sites with a PR of 4 or 3.
That’s a total of 192 social bookmarking sites.
Each site link also comes with a small amount of information about the focus of that website. If your not into crafts why go to a craft site. The main idea behind this project was to save you time while you build links and to provide a up to date list. All of the sites on this list where verified the last week of 2009.
The list is being hosted at a site called Do Follow Social Bookmarking List. It is a membership site and cost of 4 months use of the list will be $40.00. Membership is limited to those who reside in the US and Canada. The list is for personal use only and it is copyright protected material.
One thing that I learned by providing free resources in the form of Do Follow lists was I has leaving money on the table. There will be no more free lists provided from me. What I discovered was that a product called Niche Blueprint was making money off my work. It sent thousands of customers here to use my lists while he pocketed the money. So I learned this information is valuable.
