Comment Policy

We thought that we would finally develop an official blog commenting policy after more than 100. Better late than never works for us.

All Comments are moderated. We decide what is shown on what is not. This blog is an educational and marketing tool. It functions as a social channel that allows us to interact with an ever increasingly larger audience. It is our brand in action and we have no obligation to present your point of view. So if you want to cuss or bring a negative view you can believe you won’t see it here.

When this happens we may simply delete it immediately or delete the contents and replace it with a notice of a failure to comply with posting rules. This really depends on how busy I am and what mood I in that day.

This isn’t a forum where you get to tell me SEO is a myth and expect your comment will be posted and then I respond to justify our services or go into lengthy explanations. That’s not going to happen. That would be down right stupid on a website that sells SEO services. We are way to busy to get caught up with playing that game. There are plenty of others places that you can go to express your doubts.

If your comment is deemed rude or vulgar we will most likely be delete it or edited. This is a business blog and we will run the blog in our own best interest. Opinions that are contrary to ours but articulated well will likely appear. Links in comments are very likely to be deleted.

We thought we would never have to establish rules since we are a moderated blog. Then in a moment of foolishness we opened things up. We were inundated with extremely rude and vulgar behavior. We encountered a small group of seemingly connected individuals that were turning the blog into a cesspool of poisonous venom and just a lot of negative energy. We will no longer allow ourselves to be drawn into long drawn-out discussions.

We will not justify our positions just for the sake of argument. We will let the market place take care of that for us. We simply will not tolerate you coming into our house and telling us we are wrong. We use Do Follow Forums for those discussions.

You don’t get to come on our blog and bash us and our business. Not happening again.

Our experiment in open access was a dismal failure. We are back on track now!

We are back to focusing on small business SEO solutions using a local Geo-targeted approach.

We invite you to join the conversation and leave a comment. We also invite you to continue the conversation on your blog or perhaps use a trackback, or maybe even social bookmark this article, give it a Digg, Sphinn it, or Stumble it.
